Our Implementation Process

1. Project kick off

Our initial meeting with your key stakeholders helps us to clearly define your requirements and criteria for success. Following this, scoping sessions allow us to map out your integrations and touchpoints to create our deliverable blueprint. 

2. Blueprint sign off

After the project kick off and scoping sessions, the final blueprint produced will detail our deliverables. This document is signed to confirm we have understood your requirements. 

3. Configuration

Based on the agreed blueprint, our team then configure the WeSyncIT platform to meet your exact needs highlighted in the scoping session. 

4. Training & user acceptance testing

Before deployment, all of our integrations are thoroughly tested by our team. We then provide UAT sessions to ensure you feel comfortable managing the integrations in the WeSyncIT platform. This is also an opportunity to confirm the integration works and provide us with any necessary feedback. 

5. UAT sign off

Following UAT, a brief session with the key stakeholders is booked in to confirm the system is working as agreed and ready to progress to Go Live. 

6. Go live

We can now connect your fully tested WeSyncIT platform to your production systems. For your reassurance, our team is on-hand to support, should you have any issues.

7. Post go live support

Following Go Live, our team provides rapid issue resolution and monitoring of your integration as well as handover to BAU Support team.
